What Can I Return?
You may return any item within 30 days that is unused and in new condition and with all applicable packaging. Exclusions apply. See our full return policy below for details:
What Can't Be Returned
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA #) that has been issued by Carbon Fiber Gear
- Returns received in damaged or used condition
- Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging
- Items marked as final sale or not returnable on the product page
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Customized and/or special order items
- Shipping charges
- Import duties or customs fees you paid to a carrier
Additional Return Policies
- Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
- If an order was shipped for free and then returned, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Consider insuring your package for the appropriate value, send it with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Carbon Fiber Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Additional Return Policies for Buyers Outside USA
- If you placed an order outside of the US, importation charges/taxes/duties are not refundable by us, and may not be able to get refunded. We recommend reaching out to your countries customs department to see if there is an opportunity for some sort of refund.
- Any shipments that are refused and returned back to us will incur a $20 fee in addition to any expenses we may be charged by the shipping carrier for the return shipment.
