Will I need to sign for my package?
Certain orders may be shipped with a signature required (especially orders of a higher value). Somebody must be there to sign for your package. If nobody is available and the package ends up being sent back to us, you will be responsible for further shipping charges. If there are issues with signing your package, please let us know prior to ordering. When packages do not require a signature, they will be left at your door or secure place at the discretion of your delivery person. A package is only insured during the shipping transit, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost while the tracking # shows it was delivered. If this occurs, we will work with you to open an investigation with the appropriate shipping provider, but please note that this is a time-consuming process.
