What is your return policy?

What Can I Return?

Any unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear), in-box (the original product box is intact, and any product accessories are still in the box) items can be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Returns without a return authorization number (RA #) that has been issued by Carbon Fiber Gear

  • Returns received in damaged, used, or installed condition

  • Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging

  • Items marked as final sale, open box, or not returnable on the product page

  • Gifts or promotional items

  • Customized and/or special order items

  • Original shipping fees

  • Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees

Additional Return Policies

  • Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.

  • If an order was shipped for free and then returned, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Additional Policies for Buyers Outside USA

  • If you placed an order outside of the US, importation charges/taxes/duties are not refundable by us, and may not be able to get refunded. We recommend reaching out to your country's customs department to see if there is an opportunity for some sort of refund.

  • Any shipments that are refused and returned to us will incur a $20 fee in addition to any expenses we may be charged by the shipping carrier for the return shipment.
