# What do I need to know about free shipping?

### USA

* Orders $99+ are eligible for free shipping.
* Excludes special orders and items where exclusion is mentioned on the product page
* If an item is returned, our original shipping cost is deducted from the refund

### Outside the USA

* Orders $150+ are eligible for free shipping
* Price excludes any applicable duties and taxes that may be incurred
* Excludes special orders and items where exclusion is mentioned on the product page
* If an item is returned, our original shipping cost is deducted from the refund as well as a $20 return fee
