Where do you ship from?

Most in-stock orders ship from our facility located about 20 minutes outside of Baltimore, Maryland.

Some products are shipped from a distribution warehouse or even directly from the manufacturer, normally these ship within 1-3 business days, but may require additional processing time.

If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.

For any time-sensitive orders, feel free to contact us (How do I contact customer service?) before ordering and we'd be happy to confirm how quickly an item can ship.
